Every other device logged in to your account is logged out, and we email you to say it changed.
Change your email address
We send a link to the new address. Your email address only changes when that link is opened, within 1 hour. We tell your current address too. Once it changes, every device is logged out and you log in with the new address.
The administrator's email address is set on the server, so it can't be changed here.
Your access
Planning Poker is open to everyone. The other areas need the administrator to give you access. Ask for one with Request access, and you'll get an email when they decide.
| Area | Access | Actions |

Everyone's access
Every other account, with what it can use. Press Yes, Requested or No to give or take away access to that area. The Business owner columns choose who gets each Leads book's summary email every Monday; a Business owner can do nothing more than anyone else with the book. A Business admin can add people to that book and give it to, or take it from, other accounts, from their own Your account page; nobody is emailed about any of these changes.
No other accounts yet.
To change several people at once, tick them (or tick the box at the top for everyone), choose what to do, then press Apply to ticked. Giving or taking away an area emails each person, just as the Yes and No buttons do; people you added who haven't joined yet get nothing.

SysAdmin: Leads businesses
As a SysAdmin you look after the Leads businesses. You can open every book. Add, rename or archive a business here; an archived business keeps its leads and can be restored. Below, choose a business to give its book to people, take it away, or choose its Business owners (who get the Monday summary email) and Business admins. Nobody is emailed about any change here.
Turn on two-step login, further down this page, to use the SysAdmin tools.

Customers in more than one business
When this is on, everyone with a Leads book sees when one of their leads looks like the same customer as a lead in another business: the same organisation, the same email address, or an email address at the same organisation (not personal ones such as gmail.com). They see the other business, the organisation's name there, its status, and its owner's name and email address, so the two owners can talk before either contacts the customer. They never see the other lead's contact, value or notes. Nobody is emailed.

Settings
Planning Poker
Saved in this browser. They apply to the Planning Poker rooms you start from now on, and you can also change them on the start screen when you choose Scrum Master. Everyone who joins one of your rooms works with the settings it was started with. Rooms that are already running don't change here: as the facilitator, use Change room settings in the room instead.
Two-step login
As the administrator, you must turn on two-step login before you can use the administrator tools.
Two-step login asks for a code from an authenticator app on your phone (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password) as well as your password, so someone who learns your password still can't get in.
Your backup codes
If you lose your phone, each of these codes lets you log in once instead of a code from the app. Keep them somewhere safe, such as a password manager. We won't show them again.
Past sessions
Planning Poker rooms you took part in while logged in, newest first, with every issue that got an agreed estimate. Only the agreed estimates are kept, not anyone's name or vote. They stay here until you delete them, even after the room itself is removed.
No sessions yet. Join a Planning Poker room while you're logged in and it appears here.

Access requests
People asking to use an area. Grant or Refuse emails them your answer. You can also give or take away access for any account in the Accounts list below.
No one is waiting for access.

Add people
Add people who should appear in Leads, for example as owners, without emailing them. Put one person on each line as First Last, email address. Nobody is emailed now or later: the site sends an added person nothing until they choose a password themselves with Forgotten your password on the Log in page.
Accounts
New accounts can't log in until you approve them. Deleting an account removes it completely, straight away. Give or take away access under Everyone's access, above. Disable keeps everything and only stops someone using the account, or one system, for now.

Delete your account
This removes your account, your email address and your password from EstimateIt straight away. It can't be undone, and we can't get it back for you. Your Past sessions and Cost Estimator estimates are deleted with it. Your saved Business Value and Contact us drafts in this browser are removed too. Reports you've already sent through Contact us stay with us, without your email address.
